With 34 years of experience in the financial industry, I have honed my expertise in Operations, Technology, and Product Development, helping organizations optimize processes and create innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency. My career is defined by a passion for combining technical knowledge with a deep understanding of industry needs to deliver user-centered results. I am also driven to develop a platform accessible to all first responders and outdoor enthusiasts, aiming to enhance safety, communication, and enjoyment for those who serve others and explore nature. Outside of work, I am an avid fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman, and these passions inspire my dedication to creating solutions that promote sustainability, adventure, and well-being in the outdoors.

With 15 years of corporate technology experience, I specialize in building scalable online platforms and managing big data environments to help businesses leverage data for strategic growth. I focus on designing high-performance systems, whether developing new digital solutions or optimizing existing infrastructure, and have worked across diverse industries, offering insights and consulting to navigate complex tech challenges. This allows me to bridge the gap between technical issues and practical business needs, ensuring efficient, sustainable results. Outside of technology, I am an avid waterfowl and big game hunter, and my passion for the outdoors has instilled in me values of patience, strategy, and excellence, which
I bring to both my personal and professional life.

As one of three founders of Templar Tactical and Outdoors, I am dedicated to providing high-quality tactical gear and outdoor equipment to help individuals and teams excel in both the field and on the trail. With a background in law enforcement, particularly in counter-terrorism intelligence gathering, I bring a deep understanding of security, strategy, and operational planning to our business, ensuring our products are reliable and perform in high-stakes environments. Outside of my professional life, I am a proud husband and father to two daughters,
with family being at the core of everything I do. The discipline and focus I bring to my work are mirrored in the values I instill at home. Whether through my law enforcement career or my business, I am committed to serving
