Returns Policy

At Templar Tactical and Outdoors, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • All firearm sales, including less-lethal weapons, are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items with manufacturer defects may qualify for replacement or repair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and policies. If your item is defective, we will facilitate a replacement or repair based on the manufacturer’s requirements.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning your item. This timeframe includes:

  • 5-10 business days for the return shipment to reach us.
  • 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
  • 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

Templar Tactical and Outdoors only ships within the United States. However, certain items are subject to shipping restrictions based on state and local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products comply with their state and local regulations before purchasing.

We do not ship to the following states for certain restricted items:

  • Washington D.C.
  • Connecticut
  • Illinois
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • Puerto Rico
  • Hawaii
  • Alaska

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:

  • The availability of your items
  • The shipping method selected at checkout
  • Carrier-provided shipping estimates

Many of our products have weight-based shipping rates. The item’s weight is listed on its product detail page, and all shipping weights are rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policies.
